Hans Peter Minderhoud debuts another horse on Inter II

Hans Peter Minderhoud's gradual return to the competition forefront is confirmed: after starting a new mare on Small Tour level, then debuting My Toto on the Grand Prix, the Dutch rider chose last weekend to present Mister U.S for the first time; a 9-year-old stallion.
It was in Deurne that Hans Peter Minderhoud compted Mister U.S for the first time in competition on Friday. This 9-year-old son of Grey Flanell and Sir Donnerhall I, brred by Paul Schockemöhle, owned by Joop van Uytert and approved in the AES studbook, comes from a damline that has long proven itself: he is in fact born to the same mare as Total U.S, former's Edward Gal horse, of Dante U.S, ridden in the Grand Prix by Diederik van Silfhout, of Zantana RS2, currently the best Dutch dressage mare associated with Marieke van Der Putten, of Gossip Girl ridden at a high level by Evelyn Egger or also of Zaid with whom the German Alina Röhricht also competes in the Grand Prix.
Having competed rarely in the past, Mister U.S. nevertheless appeared in the Small Tour level, ridden by Spaniard Ruben Mengal, riding for the Glocks stables at that time.
For his first Inter II, the stallion earned a score of 69.42%, placing third in this event which also included a Grand Prix and a Grand Prix Special, in which Kirsten Teeuwen & Governor also competed, scoring 64.57%.
