Valerie B reappears with Dorothee Schneider

Seen in recent months under the saddle of Patrik Kittel, Valerie B has now joined the string of horses of the German Dorothee Schneider.

The Gorlitz competition proved successful for Dorothee Schneider: not only did she win the National Inter II with Barcelo on Thursday with over 73%, and dominate the CDI 3* Grand Prix with Karlijn V, but she also took advantage of this event to make her debut with Valerie B.

Breed by Karin & Peer Gudbrandsen, this daughter of Revolution and Blue Hors Zack was crowned Mare of the Year in Denmark in 2021. Then owned by Andreas Helgstrand, who entrusted her training to Anne Mette Strandby, the bay mare distinguished herself in 2023 and 2024 at the World Championships for 5- and 6-year-olds, winning both Preliminary tests and then finishing fourth twice in the competition.

Sent to Patrik Kittel in Germany, Valerie B competed once in a Small Tour test in November 2025 with the Swede winning with over 75%; a level that the mare found again today in a other national Saint Georges level test, now registered as owned by her partner, Gestut Famos, with a victory at 74.073%.
