Under the direction of their team leader Susie Dannemand, the quartet composed of Anna Zibrandtsen & Quel Filou &, Daniel Bachmann Andersen & Flash Gordon 37, Nadja Aaboe Sloth & Favour Gersdorf and Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour & Mount St John Freestyle dominated today the Grand Prix of the CDIO5* in Falsterbo; also a preparation for the World Championships in Aachen.

Of the 16 competitors in the Grand Prix, Cathrine Laudrup Dufour and her daughter Fidermark were logically the only ones to break the 80% barrier, and they did so with ease, achieving a score of 83.718%. Swedish judge Magnus Ringmark even scored almost 86%, and they received numerous perfect 10s for their piaffe and passages on the final line.

Second with 74%, Daniel Bachmann Andersen and Flash Gordon can logically aspire to rejoin the Danish team for the summer competition: this is, in fact, a new personal best for the 12-year-old Oldenburg. The podium for this Grand Prix was completed by Patrik Kittel and Touchdown, who finished third with 73.174%.

The battle for second place was much closer: Sweden, the host nation, took silver with 212.609 points, followed by Germany with 211 points.

At the end of this final leg of the 2026 season, the FEI Nations Cup circuit is won this year by Germany with 47 points, followed by Belgium with 29 points and Sweden with 24 points.
