Isabell Werth as favorite in Wellington

Annonced next week at the start of the Wellington World Cup, which she announced she would participate with DSP Quantaz, himself scheduled to compete in Amsterdam before being replaced by Wendy de Fontaine, the German rider has finally opted for Special Blend.

Despite his sale, the Sezuan's son has crossed the Atlantic ocean, still positioning Isabell Werth as the favorite in Wellington where she will face: Laine Ashker & Zeppelin, Caroline Darcourt & Lord Django, Laura De Cesari & Rossi, Benjamin Ebeling & Bellena, Eline Eckroth & Daphne, Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu & Jaccardo, Devon Kane & Vamos, Kevin Kohmann & Duenensee, Julio Mendoza Loor & Jewel's Goldstrike and Susan Pape & Harmony's Giulilanta.

Currently 8th in the provisional standings with 40 points, Isabell Werth, if she hopes to participate in another Final with this bay formerly owned by Andreas Helgstrand, will have to compete in the 's-Hertogenbosch leg in the Netherlands in early March: the World Cup rules indeed stipulate that two scores of 68% are required. Isabell Werth no longer seems able to consider the Final with the son of Quaterback, who offered her the second place in the 2025, as he has been absent since then. Her only other option would be Wendy de Fontaine, thanks to the qualifying scores achieved in Basel and Amsterdam.
