Incredible for Lyndal Oatley
He generated a great interest when he was licensed in Vechta, only to subsequently keep a relatively low profile; four years after being crowned Oldenburg licensing champion, Incredible is embarking on a fresh start. The seven-year-old stallion has been acquired by the Oatley family and will now continue his competitive career under the saddle of Lyndal Oatley—news first reported by Eurodressage.
Bred in 2019 by Andrea Bechheim of Gestüt Reichshof, this son of Indian Rock and For Romance caught the eye of Kerstin Klieber and Stefan Sandbink. He subsequently joined Andreas Helgstrand’s stables; Helgstrand presented him at the Oldenburg licensing, where he was named champion.
His competition career has been relatively low-profile. After finishing second in the Oldenburg Championship in 2023 with Maxi Kira von Platen and sixth in the German Championship for 4-year-old stallions, he returned to the competition arena in the spring of 2025, ridden by Leonie Richter.
"He has been with me for a few months, and I have fallen in love with his temperament and his kind nature. He possesses three excellent gaits and a remarkable work ethic, and is already showing natural talent for the piaffe and passage [...]," Lyndal Oatley told Eurodressage.
