After a few successful months with Justin Verboomen, Djembe de Hus has been sold; the sale was announced today by Eurodressage.

3-year-old geldings French Champio in 2018, French 4-year-olds Champion with 89.80% in 2019, French of 5-year-olds Champion with 92% in 2020, and 13th at the 6-year-old World Championships in 2021, 4th at the Pro 1 Dressage Championship in 2023, Djembe de Hus made his Grand Prix debut in Le Mans at the age of 8. He competed with Jessica Michel Botton in international competitions in Ornago, Aachen, Hagen, Le Mans, Jardy, and Ermelo. They were selected for the Nations Cup in Falsterbo and were also among the French team pre-selected for the French Olympic Games. (voir ICI).

Firstly ridden by Alizée Froment for six months, Djembe de Hus finally joined Justin Verboomen in the 2025 spring ; a fruitful partnership as they took third place in the Belgian Championship at the end of May, won in Troisdorf for their CDI debut, and distinguished themselves in Mechelen and Neumunster where they won the Grand Prix (see HERE).

The chestnut gelding has now been sold in Switzerland, through dressage horses dealer Dominique Mohimont, to an amateur rider who does not aspire to compete at the highest level.
