Change in German team for the Nations Cup in Hagen

With just over a month to go before the World Championships in Aachen, here is some news that could well shake up the composition of the German team that we could imagine: expected to start the Nations Cup in Hagen next week alongside Isabell Werth & Wendy de Fontaine, Frederic Wandres & Bluetooth Old, Semmieke Rothenberger & Farrington, Charlott Maria Schurmann & Dante's Pearl Ole will ultimately not take part in this team competition.

After Ingrid Klimke & Vayron withdrew from the German selection process for the summer competition, Charlott Maria Schurmann & Dante's Pearl Old seemed to have a clear path ahead. However, the rising stars from the Hagen 3* will remain at home due to a health issue with the 11-year-old Oldenburg mare ridden by Dante Weltino.

They are replaced by Raphael Netz & Great Escape Camelot, while Tobias Nabben & Forster are the first reserves.
