Carina Cassoe Kruth & Heiline's Danciera take control of the Grand Prix in Gothenburg World Cup

Beloura, Doha, San Giovianni in Marignano, Wellington, many CDI are taking place this week also in the "north",with a World Cup in Gothenburg, a bit less exciting than those we have been able to live since the beginning of the year; an interesting event nonetheless for the "local" favorite: Patrik Kittel.

Two times second at Wierzbna Bialy Las, twice fourth at Herning, Carina Cassoe Kruth & Heiline Danciera are this time winners. After a test without major faults, although with some small tension in the piaffes and the usual gestures of the lower lip of the Frustenball's mare, they were scored with a score of 74.044%.

Although he finished 6th in the 2019 Gothenburg World Cup Final, it had been eight years since the Gothenburg public had the opportunity to see Patrik Kittel participate in a leg of the FEI indoor circuit. Currently 6th in the provisional standings with 47 points earned in Herning, Stuttgart, and Amsterdam, scoring 20 points tomorrow in the freestyle will virtually guarantee the Swede's qualification for Texas and his 11th Final; 20 points that he probably had less hope to earn in 's-Hertogenbosch at the final leg, which is already shaping up to be a highly competitive field. Sometimes with a resisting contact, the son of Quaterback slightly tilt his neck in his half pass to the right and showed todya hindquarters that were not always very dynamic and engaged. In third place, also representing Sweden,we have Maria van Essen & Invoice: the 14-year-old Oldenburg rider with typical Jazz x Ferro Dutch pedigree, who made his national team debut last year at the European Championships in Crozet. Not quite square in his entry halt, nor in the one preceding the rein-back, the almost black gelding spooked in the first extended trot; however, this didn't disrupt their otherwise harmonious ride, even if a bit more activity could have been appreciated sometimes. The Swedish rider achieved a score of 73.544%, a personal best.
