Si les causes du retrait de Charlotte Dujardin sont restées mystérieuses, pour Carina Cassoe Kruth se sont finalement les formalités administratives qui auront eu raison de sa participation. Alors qu'elles étaient prêtes et sur le départ, des divergences d'interprétation entre la société de transport de l'organisateur et les autorités vétérinaires danoises quant aux documents et formalités de voyage ont finalement empêché leur départ. Malgré les efforts de la Fédération danoise pour tenter de trouver une solution, Carina Cassoe Kruth et sa Heiline's Danciera n'ont pu quitter le territoire. Résignée, elle commentait à varmblod.dk " C'est une situation regrettable, et j'en suis évidemment très affectée. Nous avons tout essayé pour que cela fonctionne aujourd'hui, mais sans succès. For the first time since September, he has been dethroned by Denmark's Cathrine Laudrup Dufour, who has climbed from 25th to first place thanks to her victories at the Herning CDI 5*. Now in second place, Justin Verboomen still leads Isabell Werth, while Becky Moody drops from 4th to 5th. Pour la première fois depuis le mois de septembre, il a en effet été détrôné par la danoise Cathrine Laudrup Dufour qui effectue au passage une remontée de la 25 ème à la première place grâce à ses victoires acquises sur le CDI 5* de Herning. Désormais second, Justin Verboomen devance toujours Isabell Werth, tandis que Becky Moody passe de la 4 ème à la 5 ème place. Plus loin, on remarquera le bond de Jessica von Bredow Werndl qui grimpe de la 105 ème marche à la 19 ème ; une tendance aussi suivie par la britannique Annabella Pidgley qui passe au 41 ème rang alors qu'elle était 106 ème le mois dernier, mais aussi par Simone Pearce qui remonte de la 15 ème place à la 55 ème. There's still movement in the starting list for the Fort Worth World Cup Final. After Charlotte Dujardin withdrew, American Benjamin Ebeling finally received a wildcard entry. Fifth in the North American league with 52 points, the 26-year-old rider, partnered with his 16-year-old mare Bellena (previously ridden by his father Jan), won the Devon leg in September, took second place in Myakka City, fifth in Ocala, and seventh in Wellington. Riding Indeed, the young man had already qualified for the 2024 World Cup Final in Riyadh, where he finished 14th in the Grand Prix and 12th in the Freestyle.
