Elice, l'ex-jument montée sur le Grand Prix par Charlotte Chalvignac Vesin (voir ICI ) ne sortira plus en compétitions. Depuis 3 ans et sa commercialisation, la solide alezane permettait à sa propriétaire, l'américaine Danielle Leiner, de faire ses armes sur le Grand Prix. Après avoir pris leurs marques sur le Petit Tour, elles se lançaient en mars 2024 à ce niveau et concourraient depuis en épreuves nationales jusqu'à plus de 67%, sur des concours organisés à Wellington, Allentown où elles s'imposaient à 5 reprises, et Augusta. A 17 ans, la lusitanienne en a donc fini avec le sport.

Attendue la semaine prochaine au départ de l'étape Coupe du Monde de Wellington à laquelle elle annonçait participer avec DSP Quantaz, lui même prévu à Amsterdam avant qu'il ne soit remplacé par Wendy de Fontaine, l'allemande a finalement opté pour Special Blend. Malgré sa vente (voir ICI ), le fils de Sezuan a donc traversé l'Atlantique, positionnant tout de même Isabell Werth comme la favorite de la compétition où elle affrontera : Laine Ashker &Zeppelin, Caroline Darcourt & Lord Django, Laura De Cesari & Rossi, Benjamin Ebeling & Bellena, Eline Eckroth & Daphne, Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu & Jaccardo, Devon Kane &Vamos, Kevin Kohmann & Duenensee, Julio Mendoza Loor & Jewel's Goldstrike et Susan Pape & Harmony's Giulilanta. Actuelle 8 ème du classement provisoire avec 40 points, Isabell Werth devra, si elle ambitionne de participer à une énième Finale avec ce bai brun ex-propriété d'Andreas Helgstrand, s'aligner début mars sur l'étape de s'Hertogenbosch aux Pays-Bas : le règlement indique en effet que deux 68% sont nécessaires. Isabell Werth ne semble donc plus pouvoir envisager la Finale avec le fils de Quaterback qui lui offrait une seconde place lors de l'édition 2025 puisqu'il est absent depuis cette date. English below Depuis sa création, Dressprod a la volonté de proposer une information ouverte sur le monde du dressage avec le relais d'actualités peu ou non traités dans paysage équestro-médiatique français. Comme les plus fidèles l'ont remarqué, il y a donc quelques nouveautés sur dressprod.com 10 ans après la création de la page Facebook, 8 ans après le lancement de la première version du site internet, il est temps de franchir le prochain cap, parfois demandé, déjà tenté et avorté, puis inlassablement reculé : celui d'un développement vers l'internationalisation, avec la rédaction progressive de quelques contenus en anglais, et de davantage d'ouverture à l'actualité extranationale quitte à parfois devoir faire des choix. Depuis fin janvier, une page « Résultats  en direct» a été lancée pour informer sur les CDI non diffusés et jusqu'à alors traités  à l'aveugle. Dans les jours à venir, ce sont les « debriefs » qui seront progressivement publiés en anglais et concentrés, le temps de quelques mois pour prendre marques, automatismes et habitudes, au premier trio classé du Grand Prix, du Spécial et des libres Coupe du Monde. Voilà pourquoi une nouvelle rubrique lucidement intitulée «  Sorry Shakespeare  » a été créée et 12 nouvelles pages ajoutées. Puristes de l'anglais … désolé ^^. Après quasi 8000 brèves publiées, il est aussi temps de se réinventer, d'ambitionner de se développer, de voir plus grand, pour conserver l'énergie de continuer et, pas si accessoirement que cela, repenser le temps consacré. As our most loyal readers already noticed, some new features had been added on dressprod.com . Comme à chacune de ses éditions, le CDI de Lier, organisé en Belgique du 24 février au 1er mars, s'annonce très, très couru : CDI 4* CDI 3*

Formé par Carlos Pinto jusqu'au Grand Prix, Joolz de la Gesse est désormais monté par sa fille, Mado. Débuté en compétition par le portugais à l'âge de 6 ans, ce fils de Florencio et Jazz se faisait rapidement remarquer puisqu'il prenait en 2021 la 3 ème place du Championnat de France des 7 ans ; une saison où il remportait aussi ses premières victoires en CDI. Déjà confié à Mado Pinto en 2023 pour que le KWPN prenne de l'expérience sur le niveau Petit Tour, Joolz de la Gesse débutait le Grand Prix en 2023 à Mâcon puis en CDI en 2024 à Ornago. Depuis, l'étalon issu de la même grand mère que l'étalon Tango monté par Hans Peter Minderhoud portait en particulier les couleurs du Portugal sur la Coupe des Nations de Compiègne, sur le 5* de Crozet, et remportait le Grand Prix du 3* du Mans et la libre du 3* de Compiègne. Après le départ de son Sirano de Luxe, la cavalière de bientôt 24 ans peut donc s'appuyer sur Joolz de la Gesse pour poursuivre sa carrière sportive : elle le présentait pour la première en compétition ce week-end sur un Grand Prix Jeunes à Nice où ils quittaient la piste avec un prometteur 70.064 %. Carlos Pinto profitait lui de l'occasion pour approcher le Grand Prix avec HDLG Living Legend, le hongre par Zonik de 10 ans avec qui 'il était en 2025 médaillé de bronze du Championnat de France Pro 2. Trained up to Grand Prix by Carlos Pinto, Joolz de la Gesse is now ridden by his daughter, Mado. Starting his competitive career with the Portuguese rider at the age of six, this son of Florencio and Jazz quickly made a name taking the third place in the 2021 French 7-Year-Old Championship ; a season he also achieved his first CDI victories. Already ridden by Mado Pinto in 2023 to give him experience at the Small Tour level, Joolz de la Gesse made his Grand Prix debut in 2023 in Mâcon, followed by his CDI debut in 2024 in Ornago. Since then, the stallion, who shares the same dam as Tango ridden by Hans Peter Minderhoud, has represented Portugal in Compiègne's Nations Cup, 5* in Crozet, won the 3* Grand Prix in Le Mans and the 3* Freestyle in Compiègne. After the sale of her horse Sirano de Luxe, the soon-to-be 24-year-old rider can now rely on Joolz de la Gesse to continue her sport career. She presented him for the first time in competition this weekend on a U25 Grand Prix test in Nice, where they scored a promising score of 70.064%. Carlos Pinto used this show to get closer to Grand Prix level with HDLG Living Legend, the 10-year-old Zonik gelding with whom he won a bronze medal at the 2025 French Pro 2 Championship. Into the Blue, Louis Bell's Grand Prix horse, died in early February. Bred by British show jumping legend John Whitaker, this AES by Ublesco was discovered by the English rider at the age of three. She began competing with him at five, then in CDI events in 2015 on Small Tour level in Barcelona. They moved up to Grand Prix in UK 2017 and took two years later the third place at the National Championships. If they have never been selected for major Championships, Louise Bell & Into The Blue were nonetheless selected for few Nations Cups in Hickstead, Uggerhalne, Aachen, Compiègne, and Rotterdam. They also won the freestyle in le Mans in 2019. Retired since the end of 2025, the 20-year-old gelding unfortunately succumbed to colic attack and complications due to a displaced colon.
